 Chef Wilizé Maleombho  was born in the beautiful country of Cote d’Ivoire (West Africa) were she learned much about African culture and spirituality. She migrated to the United states of America with her family at the tender age of 10; after a civil war broke out in her native country.

Raised by two beautiful cultures Chef Wilizé observed and understood the struggles that the women of her community suffered in both Africa and America. Thus was born her passion to help women of color find peace.

Moreover, Chef Wilizé Maleombho received her B.A  in Behavioral Neuroscience with an orientation in  human nutrition at Northeastern University (Boston, MA). She is currently a candidate for the M.S Nutrition Therapy program at Bridgeport university. Shortly after her undergraduate studies, she started training and studying the culinary arts at various restaurants and health food institutions. With an awareness that most people will not give up taste for health, she researched in these environments with the intention of better understanding the different ways to prepare both nutritious and delicious foods.

Chef Wilizé utilizes her strong  background in both the sciences and the culinary arts to lead her wellness workshop, seminars and retreats. She hopes to help people all over the globe obtain a better sense of health both mentally and physically.
